FE 350 Pro 2025 Media

Model Description

With the world-renowned FE 350 as its foundation, the FE 350 Pro Series takes the capabilities of the proven, production machine to an even higher level. Equipped with a comprehensive list of Technical Accessories to elevate overall performance and durability, the FE 350 Pro Series edition is undoubtedly the machine of choice for riders serious about enduro. Enhanced for 2025 with distinctive and ergonomic black and white bodywork, in addition to the white powder coated frame and new graphics, the latest model features revised WP forks for improved handling and comfort.
Bodywork

White and black bodywork is exclusive to the Pro Series model and features subtle graphics to create a distinctive look. For a long-lasting and scratch resistant finish, the graphics are applied to the ergonomic bodywork using an in-mould process, which embeds the design beneath the surface of the plastic. Underneath the machine, an extended, polyamide skid plate protects the engine and linkage while the frame guards also provide exceptional grip in all conditions. Front and rear brake disc protectors prevent damage for continued braking performance.

Fuel tank

An 8.0 litre fuel tank integrates neatly with the ergonomic bodywork and features a robust rubber cushion beneath it to hold the tank in place and protect the frame from wear. The one-piece fuel pump design and integrated filter allows the tank to be emptied further, which is particularly beneficial during longer events. For durability, the external fuel line is specifically routed to make it less exposed and susceptible to damage.

Footrest

Using state-of-the-art computational fluid dynamics, the large footrests are designed for maximum control and to prevent mud from building up. Additionally, the mounting position brings them inwards, which makes them less susceptible to catching on the ground through deep ruts.

Airbox

With precisely positioned inlet ducts to reduce air flow deformation, the airbox ensures unrestricted airflow with maximum filter protection. The Twin Air filter is mounted onto a cage designed to offer accurate installation and can be easily accessed without tools by removing the left side panel.

Throttle body

The FE 350 Pro Series is fuelled using Throttle Body Injection (TBI), ensuring exceptional rideability thanks to the positioning of the injector inside the 42 mm Keihin throttle body. For an instant throttle response, the throttle cable is mounted directly without a linkage. Additionally, the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) offers reliable cold starting while the throttle valve pivots on ball bearings for a smooth throttle action.

Frame

The proven chromium molybdenum steel frame ensures straight-line stability at speed without sacrificing agility through slow and technical sections. Optimised wall thickness throughout the chassis ensures durability, in addition to providing unparalleled rider feedback and energy absorption. For an optimised level of anti-squat behaviour, the WP shock is not directly connected to the main tube. The frame is finished with a premium white powder coating for a distinctive look that is unique to the Pro Series models.

Hybrid subframe

Made from 60% polyamide and 40% aluminium, the two-piece subframe ensures exceptional strength and durability at an overall weight of just 1.8 kg. The lower subframe spars and frame mounts are manufactured from cast aluminium for significantly improved reliability. The upper section of the subframe is made from injection-moulded polyamide to enable specific flex characteristics and ensure a lightweight construction.

Swingarm

The swingarm is manufactured using a die-cast production process for optimal rigidity. To match the flex characteristics of the chassis, a 22 mm rear axle is utilised. Additionally, the swingarm has been slightly revised to enhance the durability of the chain glider, which is now made from a much stronger material.

WP XACT front forks

Designed and developed for the rigours of enduro riding and racing, the WP XACT Closed Cartridge forks are updated for 2025 with the addition of a high-speed compression adjuster. The spring forks offer consistent performance thanks to the closed cartridge design, which optimises oil flow and prevents it from foaming. A hydrostop, effective in the last 68 mm of travel, is highly beneficial on heavy landings to help maintain forward momentum. Additionally, riders can alter the compression and rebound settings quickly and easily using the hands-free adjusters found at the top and bottom of each fork leg.

WP XACT rear shock

The lightweight WP XACT rear shock offers 300 mm of travel. With rebound and both high and low speed compression adjustable by hand, setting changes can be made quickly and easily without tools. Complete with a CFD optimised shock piston, low friction seals, and a new, smaller diameter linkage bolt to reduce weight, consistent damping, comfort, and traction is guaranteed.

Engine

The FE 350 Pro Series engine is designed for maximum power, which is delivered in a controllable way to suit all kinds of enduro riding. Inside, all major components and shaft arrangements are positioned close to the centre of gravity to reduce the effects of rotational inertia, which leads to agile handling. Positioned in the chassis to further centralise mass, the engine weighs just 28.8 kilograms and with an output of almost 51 hp, this 350 cc 4-stroke engine is both light and powerful.

Cylinder head

Featuring finger followers treated with a Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating, the DOHC cylinder head is engineered for high-level enduro performance. For optimal gas flow, the titanium intake valves are 36.3 mm while the exhaust valves are 29.1 mm. This allows the FE 350 Pro Series to rev freely and produce strong yet controllable power throughout its rev-range.

Cylinder and piston

An 88 mm bore cylinder and forged bridged-box-type CP piston combine to create a compression ratio of 13.7:1. As a result, the low oscillating mass delivers strong and controllable power. High-strength aluminium is used to manufacture both the cylinder and piston, with both components professionally engineered for outstanding performance and reliability.

Crankshaft
The crankshaft is optimised for high performance and overall reliability with long service intervals of 135 hours. This has been made possible by using a plain big end bearing, which features two force-fitted bearing shells.

Galfer brake discs

Ensuring the highest levels of braking performance in all conditions, GALFER brake discs are fitted front and rear. The stopping power of the floating wave front disc, which is shielded by the disc protector, is uncompromised. The rear disc features a solid design to prevent premature pad wear.

Brake disc protectors

For continued braking performance, disc protectors are fitted front and rear. State-of-the-art, injection-molding technology is used to blend carbon fibre and plastic to create a lightweight front disc guard that features an integrated spacer for simplified wheel changes. At the rear, a CNC-machined aluminium guard designed for extreme enduro deflects impacts and allows riders to focus on mastering technical terrain.

Supersprox rear sprocket

Built for the extreme. The Supersprox Stealth Sprocket features an aluminium centre section to reduce unsprung weight while a ring of steel teeth ensures maximum durability. Forged, stainless steel rivets connect the two parts together for a maximum reliability with the unique construction extending the service life of the entire drivetrain.

Skid plate with linkage protection

Making sure the machine glides over obstacles with ease is the polyamide skid plate. With an extended design to cover the suspension linkage, forward momentum is not lost, and any potential damage is prevented. Incredibly durable thanks to its injection-molded plastic construction, the skid plate is low in weight and particularly beneficial for those competing in hard enduro events.

Brembo hydraulic clutch and brake system

As used by Husqvarna Factory Racing, the reliable Brembo hydraulic clutch and brake systems provide consistent, confidence-inspiring performance in all conditions. With self-adjusting free play, the race-tested hydraulic clutch offers a near maintenance-free operation that allows all riders to focus on the trails ahead.

Factory Racing Wheel Set

The Factory Racing Wheel Set offers strength and stability when riding across technical terrain. The hubs are made from CNC-machined aluminium and then anodised black before being laced to black EXCEL Takasago rims using strong spokes. An axle puller speeds up the removal of the front wheel.

Competition seat cover

A high-grip cover with additional ribs is fitted over the familiar ergonomics of the standard seat foam and offers exceptional traction. Better capable of holding the rider in place when riding either sat down or stood up, the tear-resistant seat cover enhances control in all conditions.

Soft compound ODI grips
Providing welcome comfort throughout the longest and toughest of days are the soft compound ODI grips. The throttle grip is vulcanised onto the throttle tube for a failproof fitment while the left grip is clamped in place using a small bolt.

Radiators

Manufactured from high-strength aluminium, the radiators are designed using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to channel air in the most effective way. A large centre tube channels coolant through the frame to reduce pressure at this point in the system for a more consistent flow while an internal thermostat further enhances reliability. The radiator cap features a bayonet closure for a secure fit.

Triple clamps

The black-anodised, CNC-machined triple clamps offer premium quality as standard. They have a carefully calculated 22 mm offset and are expertly crafted using superior techniques and materials for the highest levels of reliability. The handlebar clamp features a large contact surface for the ProTaper bars to reduce twisting in the event of a crash, and offers two mounting options for customisable ergonomics.

LED headlight

The LED headlight provides a remarkably bright light output for excellent visibility at night and is particularly effective when riding through dense woodland. A clever mounting design sees the LED lighting unit fitted inside the headlight mask using a quick-release system that allows it to be replaced quickly and easily if damaged.

Map Select Switch

By using the Map Select Switch, the engine characteristics can be tailored to modify the power delivery according to rider preference or conditions. It offers a choice of two settings that can be engaged while riding – Map 1, for predictable, linear power, and Map 2, for a stronger throttle response that is perfectly suited to heavy conditions.

Quickshift

The Quickshifter can be activated or deactivated via the Map Select Switch. By interrupting the ignition for a fraction of a second, this allows upshifting while the throttle is fully open without the use of the clutch. To prevent unintended shifts, the function is only active from second gear upwards.

Electric start

Taken from the motocross range, the combined start/stop switch is located on the right side of the handlebar for easy, thumb-operated use. Not only simplifying the starting and stopping of the engine, but the removal of a designated stop only button from the handlebar reduces the risk of potential damage or activation in the event of a fall.
